I just wrote a new workbook for my Spring #Fitin5 Challenge contestants called "The Success System." Its a fail-proof system that maps out to the T the exact steps you need to take in order to conquer a goal. While writing it, it left me thinking about how many people actually have succeeded at achieving a desired goal? - How many times have you heard it said, “Just believe that you can do it and you can?" Did you know that belief plays a huge role in your success? Belief empowers a person to do what others may consider impossible. The most simple act of believing is the starting force, the generating power that leads to accomplishment. To be success you must believe but belief is not the only thing needed to get you to the finish line. Belief is just the laces to the race but you still need tennis shoes, oxygen and legs. Belief alone will not make you successful there are many other elements that come into play and are needed to reach your maximum potential but guess what.. We are all capable of reaching our potential. The crazy part is MOST of us don't reach our maximum potential. Not even close. Why don't people reach their full potential and HOW CAN YOU? Have you ever been absolutely and singly focused on something...? and then achieved what you were focused on achieving? What was it? and what was that like?

TAG SOMEONE WHO THINKS FIT BACKS ARE SEXY! A lot of the times it's not about doing some "cool" innovated movement.. it's about doing simple exercises like a pull up or inverted row to get you the best results! PULL UPS and exercises that preform a pulling movement such as the INVERTED ROW targets muscles all over your back, biceps, forearms and other major muscle groups of your upper body. These types of exercises are all about building functional strength. I would recommend you inserting these movements into your routine in your pull days. - What if I can't do a PULL-UP? Start with the assisted machine until you build more strength and work your way into using less weight as you progress. - INVERTED ROWS are too hard... if you find yourself struggling, place your legs more bent when preforming this exercise (like I did in the video) If you find this exercise easy - either elevate your legs while keeping them straight the entire exercise, wear a weighted vest or go to a one arm - variation! ** FOR MORE EXERCISE TIPS CLIX THE LINK IN MY BIO @PAIGEHATHAWAY

Photo winner from my New Years #Fitin5 weeks challenge (winning $1,000) @raifitnessjourney - Christina's Success Story: Never had I ever thought that in just 5 weeks I would be able to change my view on a 'diet' or a 'workout plan', I thought that they were all fake. Paige's Fit In 5 not only helped me to get on the right path of my fitness goals but, she educated me on how to achieve long-term fitness goals even after the 5 weeks. I don't regret any moment of signing up to this challenge, with that being said I admit that at first I struggled but that's completely normal, who wouldn't? Week after week I felt healthier, stronger and saw a real difference in the way my body was changing inside and out. I felt that taking photos regularly really helped me track my progress and was my number one motivator, even the slightest change made me push harder at the gym! I can't thank Paige enough for showing me that I can do it, I'm not a quitter and most of all, we're all in this together (cheesy, I know but SO true) I met lots of people from the challenge on Instagram who were all super motivating and encouraging #FitIn5fam.
