A fine morning in the Gorges of the Chassezac River. I grew up just 15 minutes from here and never stopped by. This winter, while on a quick holiday, I felt compelled to go see these grippy limestone formations from a little closer.. @arcteryx

Over the Howe Sound with Taylor.. Just after we found a flat(ish) spot to pitch our tent. We ended up moving to a beach camp in the middle of the night. The idea of waking up near the water became more and more irresistible..

Nights in the Alpine. Where we make sure to keep the wood stove running overnight and fall asleep to the gentle blow of the wind. We will rise early, half rested, ready for another day of powder skiing..

We hardly can wait for the lakes to thaw here up North. So much so that we get into seemingly pointless weekend missions.. Like this one a few weeks ago jumping onto the South Fork of the Flathead River..

I've been trying to answer inner questions lately. Why photography? Why the outdoors? I thought I had the answers but the more I dig the more new questions arise. What I've found out is that it's about a feeling. This image sums it up. Moments when time doesn't matter. When the world appears to be still. And you are sitting on a wet rock, completely hypnotized by the sun rising over the horizon. These are the moments I live for..

Scoping the river, looking for ice & log jams. A few weeks ago, we put on some dry suits and elected to paddle 45 miles of the North Fork of the Flathead River. It was going to take between two and four days- Depending on how frozen the river was. On day one, we encountered obstacle after obstacle. In fact, every possible thing that could go wrong, went wrong... Read the full story I shot for Land Rover on the link in my bio. @LandRoverUSA

Late spring in Montana.. I remember the first time we went up this two track in the Mission Valley. The air was warm. The sun just sat over the hill behind us creating this big shadow. Best of all: we had the entire summer ahead of us..

That time @isaacsjohnston @benjipoff and I fat tire biked the Going-to-the-Sun road before it was open to car traffic. We rode for hours in complete silence. I remember feeling every second of it..

Every once in a while, the northern lights will shine over Lake McDonald.. I remember getting the call from @forrestmankins who was out on the lake when they started. I remember dropping whatever I was busy on and racing there. Made it just in time..

600 metres over the Lysefjorden in the coast of Norway. This image means a lot to me because it was shot during my first trip there. We were very unprepared for the fall conditions but had memorable times because of that.. I'm doing a limited print run of my favourite images since 2013 with @lumas_gallery. Instead of doing the usual 11x14's we decide to go huge.. Link in profile

Pastel evening on Lower Two Medecine Lake.. Only a few hours after taking this photo we were shaken from our tents by gale force winds. The weather turns fast on the East side of the Rockies

The long way out... I recently sat down with the people at @LandRoverUSA for an interview. We dove into my upbringing and how my love for adventure was born. I even got my parents to dig out old photos.. See the full story on the link in my bio.

Making our way through the glacial river earlier this summer. I'd love to see this place now, see how much its changed in just a few months.. every minute spent on this glacier felt unique. The ice moves and nothing stays the same for too long up here..

Winter nights at the Fire Lookout. I love watching the snow cats groom the ski resort. They are the lights you see midway up the mountain.

Video link in profile - Meet our winter expedition vessel, which we named "Big Red". I just published the film of our winter paddle of the North Fork of the Flathead River, Montana. A lot of things didn't go as planned, there was joy, fear, and sketchy moments but in the end it all made it more memorable. I'd love for you to see this film

I remember this day vividly. We were on the coast of Norway and a heavy storm was forecasted. Instead of staying home as prescribed by the weather stations, Andrea and I decided to head outside to experience it. In one of the docks, the wind was so strong that we couldn't even stand. I took her portrait just as we had run back to the car from said pier.. I've been chasing that sense of mystery in her eyes since then.
